Terms & Conditions

• Gift card must be redeemed within the stated period of validity. No extension of validity is allowed.

• Subject to a validity period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

• This gift card can only be used in a single transaction. Should the value of the receipt be lower than the gift card value, no change shall be given.

• Customer must present the gift card at outlet staff to verify and validate.

• Gift card is valid at all Lapisan Patisserie outlets in Malaysia.

• Lapisan Patisserie is not responsible and liable for any loss, theft or destruction of the Gift Card, and it has no obligation to replace or refund value of lost, stolen or damaged.

• Lapisan Patisserie reserves the right to reject any Gift Card deemed forged or expired.

• Lapisan Patisserie reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

• Printed Gift Card and screenshot will not be accepted.

• This Gift Card is strictly not for sale or exchangeable in whole or part of cash or credit-in-kind. Any unutilised value shall be forfeited.
